Our Funeral Directors Association has partnered with the Grief Centre to offer a FREE 75-minute online workshop, Navigating Grief During the Holiday Season, this is designed to help support people grieving their loved ones during the Christmas period.
The holidays, especially Christmas, can often stir deep and challenging emotions for those of us grieving. But you don’t have to face these feelings alone. Together, we’ll create a compassionate space to explore the complexities of grief and learn how to find hope, healing, and connection during this time.

12 practical, evidence-based strategies to help you cope with grief throughout the holiday season.
These tools are designed to empower you to navigate emotional triggers, honour your loved ones, and still find moments of joy and peace amidst the challenges.
This Grief Centre webinar is free thanks to funding from BlueSky Community Trust, and is open to the general public, so please share with friends and family and anyone you know who would benefit from this.
