OUR OFFERING
Our unattended cremation is a particular type of ‘Unattended Cremation or Direct Cremation,
as it may be called’. We have deliberately chosen to do it differently, which makes it unique.

These extra special features include:

  • NZ Made – Plywood Casket (these can be lined for viewing and can be drawn on)
  • A Specific Time – this is set for the cremation so you can know and choose where to be and who to be with when this is taking place
(other online cremations take place when it suits the company)
  • Personal Attendance – to arrange details either at the residence or our Funeral Home.
(Online offerings are completely done without personal interactions)
  • Payment Options – You do not need to pay upfront, and all usual payment options are available including paying overtime. A discount is given if paid at the time.
  • Ashes are looked after until ready – These can be collected from us at any time during office hours and left with us for a few months until decisions are reached. (Online offerings the ashes are delivered to you within days, with no storage).
  • 24/7 Service – including telephone answered by staff and available to attend to requests.
(On-line service is 8.30 am-5 pm Monday to Friday)
  • Increased Service – The offering can be changed at any time, and re-costed, when more services are required e.g. family deciding to view the deceased; family wanting to attend the crematorium; or family wishing to arrange a gathering or a Memorial Service.

These differences mean there is assurance of care and maximum flexibility to care for client families in their time of need.
